Pendleton Woolen Mills has utilized repair / maintenance services and purchased printers, copiers, & faxes from Imperial since 1999.  We are pleased with the cost of products purchased and the quality of service rendered.  At one point we did have another local company servicing some of our machines but the level of service from Imperial was so much better we terminated the agreement.  Imperial currently handles the majority of machines at Corporate Headquarters and our local Distribution Center.  Additionally, we have nurtured a great partnership with Imperial’s Office Staff, Repair Team, & Sales Manager.  We trust them to act in Pendleton’s best interest and count on them for sage advice regarding our printing and copying needs.
