Case Study #3 Destiny Realty


Problem:

Destiny Realty, a mid-sized real  estate investment firm, was referred to us by an existing client because Destiny was very unhappy with the equipment they had.  They couldn’t keep it running, their vendor could not or would not fix it.  Nor would they replace the system with one that worked properly.  The problem was they had 18 months remaining on their lease and felt they couldn’t do anything about it (check out our FAQ’s page if you think this as well).  Their feeling was they just had to live with it until the end of their lease.  They were tired of dealing with the vendor that sold it to them because of such bad service and was just going to wait it out.  However, my client convinced them it would be worth meeting with us just to see if there was anything we could do for them.

Analysis:

After learning of Destiny Realty’s frustrations it was very clear that the only way to help them was to get them out of their current lease and into a new system that was reliable and well suited to their business needs.

Solution:

Without going in to all the boring details of how we did it…we were we able to get them out of their existing lease in a way that was hassle free for them.  We also were able to put them into a full system color copier that was better suited to their needs at a savings of 13% over the previous machine that didn’t even work most of the time.  In addition, their price per page costs decreased 33%.
